Benoît Cazin works as a team with Hervé Duval in a specialized practice entirely dedicated to labor law.
He advises corporate clients and professional organizations in all areas of labor law, social relations and social security. He also advises and assists companies in the fight against harassment. Experienced in the search for negotiated solutions, in the treatment of psychosocial risks and in the fight against harassment, he also accompanies companies within the framework of the internal investigations that the employer must carry out when a situation of suffering has been identified.
Benoît is also very active in pre-litigation and litigation, both in individual and collective disputes.
