Gratiane advises and litigates in both French and English. Gratiane developed a solid expertise in employment law. She assists companies by providing legal and strategic advice on collective status but also on management of employment relationships and termination of employment contracts. Gratiane has an extensive experience in pre-litigation and litigation procedures arising in particular following the termination of employment contracts, harassment issues, and working hours.
Gratiane expanded her practice to civil and commercial litigation and developed a specific expertise in sports law (sports disputes, doping, contract drafting, daily support to professionnels clubs, etc.).
Graduated with a Master 2 in International Business Law and a diploma in corporate legal counsel, and after having worked for 10 years within KGA Avocats, Gratiane joined Spring Legal in 2024. Her multidisciplinary knowledge allows her to have a global vision of the files she deals with.
